How ola managed tremendous employee engagement and created phenomenal UGC

UGC is not just about getting your customers to speak of you but also about the opinions and judgment of the employees who are associated first hand with the brand. Ola, an Indian origin online transportation company wanted to mark its 8-year milestone by organising events for its employees across three cities – Delhi, Mumbai and Pune. Much to the clients’ satisfaction the number of hashtags registered was 200% the number of employees who participated in the events. The hashtag #OLA registered 2000 times with a total attendee population of a 1000. A great achievement made possible with Hashtag Printer!
